My film Sharp Ends follows the Black inhabitants of Columbia on a generational journey of understanding modern-day racism. I embark on a quest to retrieve archival footage of the activist and journalist Lucile Bluford. Throughout the film, we meet with different Black residents and learn about how they endure racism within this Midwest town, while also exploring the complexities of the history of racism in this college town.
I want others to enjoy and view the film that so many people worked so hard to create.
I am making it public in Loving Memory of Kenny Greene.
